What do you do when you outgrow your two-bedroom coach house' For Penny Davies and Charles Lanitis, the solution was right on their doorstep.When this attractive 18th century cottage came on the market, Penny and Charles didn’t have to travel far to view it – they were living in the coach house adjoining the property. Situated in a pretty Oxfordshire village, the cottage had originally served as the local saddlers, and what was once the workshop had been converted into a garage. The couple saw that with some relatively simple modifications, they could transform this space into an office for Penny, who runs a business from home selling cake stands and tins, as well as vintage china.
